    Examen de choix pour le diagnostic :
    L'examen de choix si expectoration spontanée
    L'examen de 1er choix à réaliser si expectoration spontanée. A faire de préférence le matin, au lever, 3 jours de suite
  •   Expectoration induite
    Examen alternatif :
    si pas d'expectoration spontanée
    L'induction d'une expectoration avec un aérosol de ClNa hypertonique peut permettre d'obtenir un échantillon chez les patients sans expectoration spontanée, avec un rendement meilleur que les tubages gastriques
