Score crée à l'origine pour estimer le risque d'hémorragie grave sous traitement anticoagulant avec médicaments anti-vitamine K (AVK).
A montré dans plusieurs études une capacité de prédiction similaire à HEMORR2HAGES et meilleure que d'autres scores de risque hémorragique, tels que ABC, mOBRI, ORBIT or ATRIA (Proietti 2018).
Tous les scores de risque hémorragique habituels ont, cependant, une capacité de prédiction modeste, notamment chez les patients âgés.
Utilité :
Estimation du risque d'hémorragie grave chez des patients adults sous traitement anticoagulant au long cours (plus précisement, sous AVK originalement).
Echèlle :
De 0 à 9 points, le plus de points le plus élévé le risque.
